Katie Lloyd
Miss Katie teaches Ballet and Street Jazz at Shine Studios but is also a talented teacher of Modern and Tap. She trained at The Centre Performing Arts College in London where she qualified as a teacher of Ballet, Tap and Modern with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance. She has performed in the West End, pantomimes and in various plays, shows and galas. She now shares her expertise across the South teaching the ISTD syllabus as a specialist guest teacher for various dance schools. Miss Katie is a former Centre Co-Ordinator for the prestigious Royal Ballet School’s Junior Associate Scheme and developed our wonderfully imaginative Ballet syllabus.
Emma Williams
Miss Emma teaches Street Jazz and Musical Theatre at Shine Studios. She holds an Associate and a Licenciate with the National Association of Teachers of Dancing and is a VIDLA qualified vocal coach who has helped many singing students gain places in UK touring musicals and drama schools. Miss Emma has appeared in US television series The Royals, film The World’s End, BBC TV drama Thirteen and film Final Score with Pierce Brosnan and Dave Bautista. She is a sought after vocal coach with students previously appearing in UK touring musicals such as Les Miserables and Annie.
